Today was day 5 out of 17 to make a difference.

Today the kind gesture that I performed was picking up a whole lot of paper towels when they got blown all over the floor by the wind. I helped out our science teacher Mr Mc Kenzie. I know that I made a difference because Mr Mc Kenzie thanked me. Also when the wind blew the paper towels all over the floor, I started to pick them up but Mr Mc Kenzie didn't notice. He then asked me as I was picking the paper towels up if I could pick them up and then realised that I was already picking them up. Mr Mc Kenzie reacted to me making a difference by thanking me and looking thankful that I had done something to help him.

Today was day 4 out of 17 to make a difference.

I made a difference today by buying my brother an ice-cream. I helped my mum out because she didn't have any cash on her so I said that I would buy it for my brother.I know I made a difference because my mum thanked me and said it was a big help. My brother had been asking and asking if he could get an ice-cream on the way home and I decided to buy him one to help my mum out and to be nice to him.

Today was day 3 out of 17 to make a difference.

Today I made a difference by rinsing the dishes and then stacking them into the dishwasher. I made a difference to my family and friends as it meant that they could sit down and relax instead of having to do dishes themselves. I could tell that I had made a difference because they thanked me and told me that it was a big help. They looked relieved that they didn't have to do it themselves.

Today was day 2 out of 17 to make a difference.

Today I made a difference by making my mum and my nana a cup of tea because they were tired, and I could tell that they felt like a cup of tea. They thanked me and they told me that they really felt like a cup of tea which told me that I had made a difference. They also reacted by looking a lot less tired and run down.

Today was day 1 out of 17 to make a difference.

Today I made a difference by helping a girl in my netball team up and by cheering her up when she fell over and hurt herself. I know I made a difference because when she first fell over she was hurt quite badly and I could tell that she was close to tears. When I made a difference to her by trying to cheer her up, she started to cheer up and she started laughing.I felt that this was a good reaction and I felt good that I had helped her.
